I am a tenant renting from this property management company and have not had a good experience. My health has been at risk with no recognition from the management team as well as a lack of communication for the issues. They were aware we had mold in our place in October 2023 and the damage was only recently repaired. The ceiling and drywall was ripped out of our house without our knowledge and we were forced to vacate. Many of our questions and concerns have been ignored and unanswered. We asked for compensation and received no response. We asked for results of the mold test and received no response. We shared we are concerned for our health and received no resolution. There was still mold in the walls and they covered it up and will not speak to us about it. Then they served us with a 3 day to vacate or pay rent today 4/10/24 and we still have mold in our place! My roommate couldnt live in her room for a month cause they removed her entire ************** still were requiring her rent. We went to remediation and they arent following up with it.Initial Complaint

Upon vacating apartment at ************************************************ with proper notice, only $500 dollars of a $1200 deposit was received. according to the invoice provided it did show the list of repairs but did not show length of time or hourly rate as per ********** Code ******. charges disputed were Paint bedroom & living room ceilings (my interpertaion is painted ******* ceilings) not paint the bedroom. invoice shows $500 dollars for painting ******* ceilings which is not considered damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by the tenant. Touch up paint for living room and bedroom which was charged $300 also falls under nothing beyond normal wear and tear. there were no holes or stains left on the walls. According to ********** Code ****** a tenant cannot be charged for ordinary normal wear and tear. the painting charges should be fully reimbursed or a better explanation of reason for being charged. After speaking to **** (I Believe her name was) Supervisor she became abrasive and offered no real explanation of charges on invoice other than it is what it is, very unprofessional. I tried calling back with no success. The business tactics of intimidating and not explaining exactly what and how items came to be charged is not the correct way to do business.Initial Complaint

The property Manager, ************************* and Prime Asset Management, engage in discriminatory and price gouging. I should never have gotten this apartment because of blemishes on my rental history within the last 7 seven years (Two evictions, both of which have been cleared).Despite that I was offered the apartment, but I am paying $1,850 per month for a one bedroom. The going rate is $1,750 per month, as is advertised on a sign at the foot of the driveway.Initial Complaint

My property manager is *********************** **********. They call themselves Atlas Asset Management/Prime Asset Management located on *****************. I have had no gas in my building since August 1st or no gas. Its going on a week now which is highly inconvenient Im supposed to have gas as a tenant and hot water. Can someone please look into this I was told between the hours of 8-5 Friday August 5th but still nothing as of yet. Something needs to be done about this or we need something for the inconvenience because we wasnt even notified till hours later or that it would be off plus no hot water?! How Im going to shower for work or anything at all and I cant even **** food I have to eat microwave food. This is unhealthy and unsanitary.Initial Complaint

This property management company is illegally charging me rent for a property I no longer lease from. They refuse to help return the money. They are telling me that I need to remove my information but I did that weeks ago, so I should have never been charged. I believe they are stealing money on purpose.
