      My ******* account was terminated for copyrights strikes and ******* rejected my valid DMCA Counter NoticesI can't get a actual human to respond to my concerns.. This is only way for me explain it in a clear conscience manner, So please rejecting my complaint.

      Recently, I started receiving emails and phone calls from local real estate agents in my area. They indicated that this Homelight company had sent them information that I was going to sell my home and was looking for a real estate agent. That is totally untrue and fraudulent. I never even heard of this Homelight Company until these events and I had never previously dealt with them. When I inquired of some of the real estate agents who contacted me, they told me that they received the message below from Homelight.introduced to ****** *.03:28 PM EDT ****** **** is looking to sell their property ASAP. They are selling a Condominium in *********, ******** with an ideal price of $510. If you are unable to get connected via phone call, please leave a voicemail and text the client to discuss their real estate needs and schedule a ********** noted, that information is completely false. I became concerned that there may be some type of fraud going on, so I contacted Homelight through its website, explained the issue and asked for an explanation of what is going on. They did not respond. I contacted them again and again and again. A total of five times. I did not receive any response.

      I need to get their full response before I close out the case.  I need to know  the details of how they got my information so I can determine whether there is some type of fraud involved.  I never heard of this company before this problem.

      Our records indicate the client filled out a form on a HomeLight-affiliated website in order to receive information regarding how much he could potentially earn from the sale of his home to an investor or by listing traditionally with a real estate agent.

      First of all, I am not their "client" since I never even heard of the company until this mess.  Second, I never filled out the form they are claiming so there must be fraud involved.  What is the website involved and why was there no contact with me to verify my identity?

      On 9/17/24, I suddenly started receiving calls and emails from various Realtors indicating that my home was listed through HomeLight. I have not listed my home having just moved earlier this year. I did not do this. I contacted HomeLight about this issue after speaking with a Realtor who contacted me and asked them who requested this on my behalf. They refused to tell me who requested their service. They said they would remove my information. Realtors stopped contacting me after a few days, however, I did receive another contact today 10/22/24. Not sure why they can't tell me who submitted this information, but I will be contacting the police after filing this complaint.

      Identity Theft -Home light has a website up with my name , business name, my real estate license number and past transactions with someone elses picture on the ******* identity has been stolen and used on their site.I have **ntacted the ** to take it down but they have not responded.There was a link at the bottom of this page to **nnect with ( me )The page that came up said they would be **nnected with someone on my behalf. It also said they **uld get client s **nnected with other ********* appears that this site is using my information to route buyer/sellers to other agents. ( my info is being used as bait)Its disgusting to think other agents as well as myself have our identity stolen in this manner. I want this site taken down I want my info deleted and not sold, shared or used in any manner.I repeat:Regardless of how it got on their site I want my information removed, deleted, immediately & not sold shared or used in any manner.

      I am a Realtor and a HomeLight Pro PAYING customer. I haven't able to reach their support team in over a month.I am experiencing problems with their product such as not receiving notifications when a new offer is submitted for my listing (huge problem). Also, activity from a buyer's agent is being wrongly logged in as activity of mine.I have reached out many times via they HomeLight chat feature but am not being contacted back. To add insult to injury, the automated chat response tells me I can request a Live Chat session if I upgrade my account to a Pro account WHICH I ALREADY AM, and paying them for!Their support phone number (which is not made available on their site) at ************** does not pick up.Call me and restore my faith in your company!

      I have been receiving unwanted emails from HomeLight for almost five years continuously and they will not stop even though I keep deleting them from my spam folder.       I recently signed up with Homelite to find out the value of my home. I have received countless calls and text messages from various companies they have sold my information to. All of my important calls are interrupted throughout the day with these pestering persistent spam calls, some of which will call me three times within one minute. I never agreed to sell my information like this and it is driving me absolutely insane, but Homelight will not do anything about it.

      I signed up for the Buy Before You Sell program with Homelight. The process involves an inspection to be done on the home you are selling. Homelight selected the inspection providers and an inspector arrived at my home on 5/20/24 for a noon appointment. He arrived on time and explained what he would be doing. He began his inspection on the exterior taking photos and video. I remained inside and after approximately ***** minutes I began to hear some banging and scraping noises. I went outside to investigate and asked the inspector what he was doing. He stood infront of my electrical main power box which is next to the electrical meter. He had damaged the conduit leading to the meter. I have tried repeatedly to contact Homelight representative through email and telephone calls. My attempts have gone unanswered and my home is damaged. Very unprofessional and dismissive behavior.

      Homelight is aggressively pressuring me to sell my home to them, despite being told, repeatedly, to stop and that I was not interested in selling my house to an investment group. I got 4 messages today alone, within the span of 5 minutes.

      I signed up for a Yelp business page on 17 Dec 2023. I noticed there was a section on my Yelp page entitled "About This Agent" that I wanted removed. I asked **** to remove the "About This Agent" section and they told me I would have to contact HomeLight to remove it. I sent HomeLight customer service an email on 22 Jan **** asking them to remove the "About This Agent" section from my Yelp page. HomeLight responded on 23 Jan **** "Thank you for reaching out to us. I have requested our team to manually remove the HomeLight widget from your yelp page. We apologize for any inconvenience." I checked my Yelp page on 29 Jan **** and the "About This Agent" section was still on my Yelp page. I emailed HomeLight customer service on 29 Jan **** "I just checked my Yelp page and the HomeLight widget is still there." HomeLight has not responded to my email from 29 Jan **** and the "About This Agent" section is still on my Yelp page as of today (6 Feb ****).
