Hello- we had a large part of our roof redone by Resilient Roofing in the fall of 2021. That winter, when it started raining, our son's bedroom had some big leaks on the new carpet we had just installed. I asked Resilient to come back out to see what was going on. They did send someone, however I did not see if he actually went on the roof to look or not, but he said he thought the water was coming from the ground. We had someone out to seal that area, reseal the windows, etc....anything we could think of. Each time it would rain we would get the same leaks. We didn't know what to do, but we finally found a **************************. The specialist took pictures and said he believed the water was coming from the scuppers on the area of the roof that Resilient redid. He suggested opening the wall to confirm. I reached out to Resilient to see if they wanted to do it themselves rather than us paying a third party, because if it was due to the roof then we would expect they repay us for the money we spent to open the wall. I got a reply from *********************, who I believe is the owner. He said that they did replace our scuppers but that we probably just need a stucco person out to fix the gutters. We then had Serv Pro out and they took the wall apart so we could see where the leak is coming from. It is 100% coming from the roof. We then had ****** Roofing company come out to inspect. They said the roof looks like it was done by a drunk person, that was their words. They said The quality of the torch down application at the scupper location is poor/not acceptable and will need to be redone. I have sent this infomration to ****, however he is no longer responding to me. We are supposed to have a warranty for the roof however they are not honoring this and will not send someone else out to inspect. We have contracted with ****** Roofing to redo the scuppers and torch down application to stop the leak. The wall needs to be repaired and the carpet replaced.Business response

Yes, we are working on figuring out exactly where the water is coming from, and working with the client to address any roofing concerns now.
