Resilient Roofing I am writing this unsolicited review as an endorsement for Resilience Roofing (RR). Our home has had extensive water intrusion problems that had not been resolved despite retaining the services of five different contractors. At the suggestion of a general contractor friend, I contacted *********************, owner of RR, and discussed our issues. He responded quickly, listened carefully and asked appropriate questions. His communication skills were excellent. He sent out his director of production, ******, who spent nearly an hour on our roof and orally gave us his assessment. Soon thereafter we received our options and quotes for each which were written in an understandable and clear manner. Once we made our selection and signed the paperwork, the work soon followed. The crew was here for about five days, always professional, and before leaving for the night, they made sure to make sure the premises was cleaned-up. The work was done in a workmanship manner. I am grateful ********** and **** *****, the guys who performed the work. It was also a delight to work with ******, the office manager and who was in charge of the logistics. With all the recent rain, it appears our problems are finally solved! I cant say enough good things about *********************, the owner. Hes an honest, straight shooter and can be counted on to do what he says. I give Resilience Roofing FIVE STARS plus and would highly recommend them to family and friends, but not to an enemy. It's our first time replacing the rain gutters, so we weren't sure what to expect. The Resilient Roofing team has been so responsive, had to take a moment for a shout out! Thanks to ***, who referred us; the scheduler, *******, was able to set us up with a home eval right away! ****, the roofing consultant, was so courteous and professional; he took the time to answer all our questions, and we are very pleased with the quote!!

My landlord was referred by *** for our gutters. **** the roofing consultant was quick and efficient. He got here quickly and i was impressed by how knowledgeable he was. Two thumbs up!

I hired this company to replace our roof. I checked several companies, and chose this company. They were not the least exspensive, but claimed to be a family operation that does their own good work.First exception: sub contractors from start to finish. If I wanted a company from Pico ******, I would have hired that company.Poor work-site clean up: the sub contractors left trash and debris daily. My grandson stepped on a nail.All of that, I can get over. They're done.Then the first big rains in Jan/Feb 2023 caused the vent in the roof that they installed to leak. Water came through the roof and puddled on the interior ceiling. The paint sagged and bubbled with water.To be fair, they sent a man to re-install the roof vent. We had no more leaks after that. My concern was the sagging paint on the interior ceiling and would they check that for mold, and replace the ceiling material and re-paint the damaged area.The answer was that they would have a man do the "touch up" if I supplied the paint.I don't have the paint, it's not a touch up, and I'm concerned about possible black mold because the water. No response from them after that. They don't intend to honor the full waranty of their work, and I can't make them.I hired a contractor to check the attic, and check the wet area. There is black mold under the paint on the ceiling material. He's doing the work.Resilient Roofing has a great sales pitch. Their performance and fully standing behing their work is a different story.

When it comes to **** and the team at Resilient Roofing, I cant say enough! Its rare in this world of construction but I can say that they far exceeded every hope and expectation we had for our home. When we came to Resilient Roofing, a contractor had discovered some serious leaks in our roof, which resulted from a poor installation by the previous company. When he walked on our awning, it literally cracked through to the bottom and I was relieved he hadnt fallen through! (You can see the pictures). We were dismayed to say the least, and looking at several different very expensive quotes. Not only did Resilient Roofing give us an incredible deal, but they surpassed all our hopes for the quality of work, as well as the kindness, and professionalism of their entire team. They finished the entire job in two days, and left not so much is a nail on our driveway. Pristine work (see pictures)!From now on, when anyone needs any roofing work done, I am going to strongly push them towards ****, and his team at Resilient Roofing. This is why their ratings are so consistently high. And my wife and I are their biggest fans now!

Had rain gutters installed and I am very pleased with the whole experience. From the inquiry to the finished product the process was effortless. Communication with the office was professional and courteous with a cheerful attitude. Installers were professional and courteous answering all my questions and always cleaning up at the end of the day in preparation for the next day. My project was a whole house with an RV garage and gazebo so it took a few days. Very pleased and would highly recommend for your rain gutter needs!!!
