I made a deposit with this company 3-4 weeks advanced and they took the rest of the money the day of the rental 8/5/22. We were promised an ** in clean / working condition. I contacted the office Saturday Night 8/6/22 in regards to my rv rental, however to this day 10/2/22 we have yet to get a call back or any contact. I had an experienced friend that own his own ** took a look at the issues and horrible smell the ** had when we arrived. The Rv smelled like complete sewage when we arrived, stuff was already broken including the table to eat on, No hot water, fridge handle broken and things didnt work. Found out from my friend the valves weren't properly set as the water and dumping valves were both open so water and sewage we were using were mixing and the smell was coming through the same valvles. The water was unsafe to use after we found out. My kids and I couldnt sleep because the horrible smell and the ac stopped working, so it was extremely hot. We wanted compensation or some refund as this was a complete lemon experience and for the amount of money paid.
