I was threatening falsely accused of a crime the police called I missed a court date and I know I owe the court money for the missed date because the police were called and it was an act of the manager and he said juvenile employee that was coming out to threaten me cuz I have to use the bathroom against a wall outside of their establishment the manager come out and start cussing me out and threatening me and all kind of still calling me n****** and and being racial and that type of stuff and then call the police and I need some of a better Business bureau to let them know that I'm I'm filing a complaint and that I wish that the manager be terminated from his positionInitial Complaint

8/12/21 ****pm order led thru app instructed to arrive at 12:30pm for order. Arrived on time told order was not started as they dont have the bread. Continued to fill other orders with same bread I ordered. Asked for refund told no refund. Explained I wanted the food I ordered any other bread would suffice told ok but never made order. Asked to speak to manager told not available waited another 5 minutes then called store manager answered phone told he would not make my order would not give a refund . Directed me to website and I explained website no longer has a number to ask for refund. Told not my f***king problem. I wont give you a refund. You wont get the order. .
