Got an account for a one month subscription (almost 30$) , yet when activated was charged for a 2 month subscription (almost 50$). Reached out to the customer service to correct this error, something very reasonable and easy to accomplish. They didn't even acknowledge they understood or read the request.

I received a notice that someone search my name on Truth finder and what I found when I aaccess their website is that they had ascribed debt that was never mine. Where they fail in there search is to distinguish my full name from my deceased dad who has the same name minus a middle name of which I have on record. Tuth Finder is not a legetimate source if someone is seek to find the truth about the creditHistory.And, I fully plan on suing them because I believe perspective employer and possible women that just wanted to do their due diligents on perspective mate history was no doubt alarmed at that they saw after truth Finder gave me all of my father's debts. I reached out to them above a year ago and just recently discivered that they did not take change their mistake. I lived in *****, ** from ********* biught 2 houses retired in Feb/11/ 2022 and sold my last house and had a close to **** good credit history and score around 745. The added debt that Truth Finder claim was mine which actually was my deceased dad who was living in ************ at the time since 1960was transfered to me even though I lived in *****. TRUTH FINDER DID NOT DO THEIR RESEARCH AND AT SOME POINT IN THE NEAR FUTURE I WILL TAKE THIS ISSUE TO ANOTHER LEVEL BECAUSE OF THE **** AND SUFFERING THAT THEY (TRUTH FINDER) HAVE CAUSE ME BECAUSE OF THEIR ERRORS. A word of caustion for meople withthe same name of the father (parent) . Again, even though I have the same ***** and last name I also have a middle name and my deceased dad did not. A scam! The Free or even 30 day option do not exist. I had to pay $47.03 as base charge for a report, which demanded an additional $3.99.then presented me with a choice of 5 invalid email addresses to choose from in order to validate/ receive my report! This service hands out personal information to anybody who wants it, this is no better than a telemarketer saying "you want to know anything about anybody without a valid reason, here it is for a low price of .." Nothing you have written has, in any way shape or form, indicated that your practice is morally permissible. I did not ask to remove my background. Let's be clear. What you are doing is wrong. You should be ashamed of yourself. If you tell yourself, "it's just a job", then count yourself among all the others who have used the same rationalization to be terrible people. If you care about who you are, if you care about making this world a better place, then quit your job. Find a better one. I assure you there are better options for you.
