This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter so I said in response that I want the ****** to be on Wednesday, May 29 at 4:30p since I already paid and its their fault we hadnt had our first ****** yet. The response I got was Bear with me. On May 29, they still could not confirm THE first ****** date. I gave them a chance and on May 30 I agreed to get on a conference call with our instructor. We agreed to the first ****** for June 7. I was hesitant to complete the waiver because I had read on the BBB this scheduling was an issue and I didnt want to get locked in until I knew we had an instructor and set ******. I completed the waiver in good faith. On June 7, I confirmed with the instructor in the early afternoon and he said, Yes, confirmed, but 15 minutes before our ****** was to begin the instructor text and said he was double-booked and couldnt make our ******. He asked to reschedule. By this point, I had had enough and since June 7 I have been demanding to be refunded my $****** for the first 3 ******s we still hadnt received because GO Skate and/or instructors kept flaking. The incessant phone calls and texts seem shady and it sounds like the voice is one of those scam callers. I had a bad feeling about this, that it might be a scam, and I wish I trusted my instincts. I want our $****** back. Do not use this company! It has to be a scam.
