      We had a battery back up system for our solar system installed by Sun Fusion. Everything initially went well. Two years into the system, the battery system would not kick in when we had a blackout. It was found that the battery system was hooked up to our well system and we found ourselves without power and without water. We called Sun Fusion but for the last six weeks we have received only one call back where the owner said that he would send someone out soon. This still hasn't happened and after texting and calling we still have not had a call back. The result of the battery system not working resulted us in having to go back on the *** grid which means we are paying *** for our electricity. Also, we have diabetic supplies which helped give us the system from *** that rely on the battery kicking in during black outs in order to keep the diabetic supplies charged. Even though we are getting our energy from *** (at a cost) we would not have the backup should we have a blackout. It is totally frustrating and annoying that we cannot get someone to come out to fix the problem let alone return our calls and texts. We were happy initially but now we are wondering what is going on with Sun Fusion. This will cost us a lot of out of pocket costs for our electricity because we had to go on the *** grid. Very disturbing!*** and **************

      We paid a large deposit to SunFusion, but have had nothing but silence from the company ever since the state rejected our application for a battery storage unit. SunFusion's sales rep assured us we would qualify for the state rebate program because we met the necessary conditions: we live in a high fire danger area and we use medical equipment that requires electricity. We paid the deposit to Sun Fusion in Mar. 2022 and, after a year, found out we were rejected by the state because we do not, according to them, live in a high fire danger area. Since Mar 2023, we have been calling, texting, emailing and having our attorney do the same in an effort to recoup our deposit. The *** has NEVER returned any of our messages, but has spoken with our attorney, assuring him that he recognizes that we are owed a return of deposit. It's been one excuse after another. We're now preparing to take the company to Small Claims Court. Our advice: AVOID THIS COMPANY!

      ****** installed our solar a few years ago. On Feb. 3rd one of our panels was damaged by a neighbors grandchild. Our neighbors offered to pay to have the panel replaced. I contacted ****** on the 2/5 telling him we needed to have a panel replaced along with a photo of the damage. On 2/8 I contacted him again because I had not heard back from him. He texted me back and told me he would have to look at the specs to see what module we had. I then texted him back on 2/17 to see if he had any updates. He texted back, "Nothing yet I am in ******". Then on Feb. 2/28 I texting again that I was checking in for updates. I heard nothing back. On 3/2 I called the office and I left a message with a gentlemen. He said he would forward it on to ******. I then texted ****** again, still nothing. On 4/1 I texted again asking for updates, still nothing back. On 4/6 I texted that I wasn't sure what to do at this point. I asked if I should just try another solar company. He did text me back and told me he would try and send someone over the next week. On 4/20 I texted and asked if anyone was available yet to come out. He texted back that **** was on his way. I thanked him and then told him that we were not home but **** was more than welcome to go into the backyard and look at the panel. On 4/21 I texted ****** asking if **** did get to go by the house and look at the panel. ****** texted back that **** is working on a replacement. I then asked if he could please email me the cost of replacement and install so I could give it to my neighbor for reimbursement. He responded with, "OK". Then on 5/11 I asked once again if he could please email me the info I had asked for, no response. On 5/17 I asked again for the email, no response. On 5/18 I asked again, no response. On 5/19 I texted, "Can I please get an update?", no response. On 5/19 I sent him a text saying that I think I have done all I can do, I'm going to move on to another solar company, no response.
