I had ordered my daughter her crop turtle neck from them. And because of nice weather we only recently had to use it, which put us outside or 30days for a refund or even an exchange which I would have gladly accepted, but when we put it on her the zip broke completely off. Now Im going to have to find another quickly as we are still playing and its now cold out. I wont be purchasing from them again!Omni Cheer Response

If only I could give a zero rating because one star is too generous.I ordered poms to donate from my business. I ordered plenty to receive the free cheer saver shipping. I selected this shipping, checked out, and then discovered in my email receipt that I was actually charged $40 for shipping! What? Why? When I emailed the company they had zero desire or attempt to correct their website's mistake. They said they don't change shipping after the fact (even though this ISN'T what I ordered) and no cancellations are allowed. Uhhhhh...RED FLAG. Came here to BBB and learned they already had an "F" rating, now I know why. I will be taking our business elsewhere in the future and warning all of my fellow coaches and cheer parents to not order from this thieving company, if you even want to call them a "company".Omni Cheer Response

Hi,Unfortunately with online orders once they are placed they are unable to be changed or cancelled. Prior to check you are able to review your order which included your selected shipping method and charge. I apologize for any inconvievnce this may have caused you but the order was processed as it was placed and you agree to all terms and conditions of ordering at checkout.Review from Andrea J

This is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with! I have had issues with shoes in the past for my daughter and did not want to order from them again but we needed to match team uniforms and this is where the previous coordinator had ordered from. First when we ordered in June the majority of our items were backordered. We were told they would be in the end of July and it would take 2 weeks for customization and then probably 2 weeks to ship. This was cutting it close for our first game but we felt stuck so we went ahead and ordered. Now after they were paid we are being told our customization wont even be done until September which means we will be halfway through the season before even getting uniforms! I have asked to speak to a manager twice with no response back. We will definitely never be ordering from them again!!Omni Cheer Response

Our team had to order backpack individually due to changes in coaching. They went on and ordered red sparkle nfinity baackpacks. Everyone did this online. When one backpack came in, it was burnt orange. It was far from red. The team all called to just change the backpack to black. None of them went to production. They were still 4 weeks out from production. Omni cheer was not willing to work with anyone. This is beyond unacceptable!I have dealt with Omni cheer for years as a cheer youth program GM for 6 years and a cheer mom for 8 years. Because of this lack of customer service I will advise all of our coaches and parents to avoid Omni Cheer. I have never been so disappointed in the customer service.Omni Cheer Response

I do apologize per our terms and conditions once an order is placed we are unable to make changes or edits to the order. When ordering online colors can vary depending on your monitor and some items colors may not be to a customers liking with this I would recommend ordering a sample before customizing to confirm the color is to your liking.Review from Jessica E

I spent 100s of dollars ordering my daughter her cheer stuff only for them to mess up and send baby shoes. They told me I should be happy that I dont have to pay shipping both ways, and that I was only made to pay shipping on the new order. They made the mistake secondly it even says that their shoes run small so you are already guessing going in. So now if the new shoes dont fit thats too bad. So they already know that millions of people arent going to get lucky and get the correct sizes, its not like you can try them on. NEVERMIND WHEN THEY ACCIDENTALLY SEND YOU THE WRONG SIZE.Omni Cheer Response

Hi,I was able to locate your order based on your email address. On your orignal order you selected a size 10 youth which is a smaller Childs shoe. We do offer a size chart online that list the standard size and our suggested size based off our sizes. Upon you calling in to our call center I can see the agent offered a accommodation to you to send a return label to return the shoe you purchased we were unable to waive the ground shipping on a new order based on the sizing information being listed on line. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you but at no point was the wrong size shipped.Review from Kim F

I ordered printed tanks in "Vegas" gold. This is a muted gold #c5b358. The color I got was a bright yellow orange gold. While I understand they state that your screen may make the color slightly different, this was a completely wrong color. They stated this was "their" Vegas gold (this is a very specific gold color used by many schools). They did nothing to fix this, no help or options at all. I cannot trust them to ever print anything in the future.Omni Cheer Response

I ordered 8 pairs of cheer shoes for some girls on my squad. When the shoes came I verified I had 2 shoes in each shoe box and that each size was correct. I then distributed to each of my girls. About a month later I discovered my own daughter has no insole inserts inside her shoes. She is standing on the hard plastic bottom material. I asked her why she didnt tell me right away and she said I didnt know it was supposed to be different. I immediately called Omni and they said nothing could be done because its over 5 days since the shipment arrived. Who in their right mind is inspecting the INSIDE of shoes to make sure the padding is there. They have no integrity. It would be so easy to offer a solution of some sort, even if they lost out on ONE pair of shoes. The long term effects of lack of care are far more reaching. Inspect the INSIDE of all shoes. They clearly forget to add padding to the inside of some!Omni Cheer Response

I also called within seconds of doing this because it was a mistake. Nothing had been shipped nothing had even been done with my order. And was told like I said nothing could be done about it. If the order wasn't even confirmed yet why couldn't it be rectified? Any other place of business would have helped me fix the situation not just taken my money when it's going to the same place at the same time. I've still yet to receive an order confirmation of any kind other than my money being removed from my accountReview from Ashley S

NEVER AGAIN! I have spent thousands with this company as a gym owner and they have not shipped me 7 pairs of shoes that I am missing. I can't get a response from anyone and they will not acknowledge or offer a solution. Terrible company.Omni Cheer Response
