Consumers advise when they call the business they have no record or their account or there are extensive hold times when attempting to cancel. Lastly consumers advise their email inquiries are not being responded to in a timely manner. On March 5th, 2024, BBB submitted a written request to the business encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.

On March 7th, 2024, the business responded to BBB's letter outlining the pattern of complaints with their plans to eliminate the pattern by taking steps to improve the customer experience when cancelling. Consumers do have the option to wait to speak to an agent or leave a call back number and not lose their place in the queue. Lastly, customers should also double check to ensure they are not providing alternate contact information than what was submitted upon signing up ,as their account may not be located."
