Paid this company $355 for a trip to my home to do a check up to my operating sprinkler system. After their work the system degraded, the degradation caused severe damage to my lawn. I called them they came back out to my home, they charged me another $180 to repair something they claimed was defective. Turned the system back on after their second visit and it damaged my lawn further. Called them back and reported a problem then they stated they were no longer going to work with me.Business response

I refunded ************ $160.00 for our second visit as a compromise despite the fact that it was by all means a legitimate charge for work done. ************ has been disrespectful to my Dispatcher, did not follow the recommendation of our technician (who is very qualified and highly rated by our customers) and is attempting to blame our company for the system installed by another company, of which he told my Dispatcher on his first call to us that he questioned the quality of their work.We performed our service as requested, attempted to make the customer happy by returning to make *********************** unrelated to the initial call for service and recommended a solution which the customer then turned and is attempting to blame us for.Due to these factors I chose to, as a compromise, refund the amount paid for the second visit and decline to schedule any further work with this customer.I have attached a detailed timeline and notes.I look forward to discussing the update to this complaint.
