Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. The manager ************ is not only rude but condescending and has the worst attitude Ive ever seen. She should not be working in the customer service field. She complained about her job having to deal with idiots saying shes too old for this and that she doesnt even want to be there anymore.The other on-site manager, her husband, **************** got in my face and backed me into a corner at the top of their staircase all this over an issue that couldve easily been resolved by asking somebody else to move their s*** All this over, asking them for assistance to have somebody move their stuff that was blocking the entire walkway at the top of their stairwell. It was so bad that ***** pulled up in her golf cart and started screaming at the other people that she was going to throw their f***ing s**t off the balcony. Their aggressive behavior got so bad that we had to call the police department for assistance.Both ******* and ***** seem to be intoxicated and could smell alcohol on their breath when they got in mine and my fiancs face. ***** even had the nerve to put her arm around my daughter and after multiple attempts to tell her to get off her, she finally did.Every other word out of Janies mouth was an F bomb the a word horrible mouth on her especially in front of my minor daughter.The buildings look trashy the floors are just plywood with splinters coming up out of them. The doors do not shut properly.A few months ago, they raised everyones rent almost doubled it claiming for maintenance issues and the rising cost of doing business. They do not fix s*** Theres stuff broken everywhere in that complex. Both on-site managers are always seen sitting in their golf carts, smoking cigarettes. Which is funny because they have signs everywhere that they are a no smoking property.The managers live on property and have two very large dogs that bark like crazy and are always in the office when you try to go in.
