            I applied for a loan, was approved. Stated money was sent to school on 5/15/2024 and after calling multiple times I was told that tye money was sent. I argued with my school because they never recieved money. After calling like the 6 or 7 time I was told their was a mistake and now the money will be sent out the following week 6/19/2024. I was receiving bills as if they sent it. This has caused in inconvenience in my life and uneeded stress. I would like some answers as to why I was lied to.

            Honestly I have used better companies such as ****** May but my school only used Ascent Loan. It's been horrible! My school can never find the money maybe because they say they sent it and don't. I was suppose to recieve my loan may 15th after calling MULTIPLE times and told it was send I called one last time and ask for some information to trace my loan. That's when they called me back and stated something happened and that as of June 10th the money was not sent to school. I'm annoyed because I need my disbursement like yesterday. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Save you the head aches
