      The company is named Docupros **** and they were going to help me resolve my student loans with ***********************************************. But they have not communicated with me since Feb. 3, 2022, and they have not resolved the case of my student loans. They have also charged me a fee of ****** which I have to use my debit card to pay through my bank account ***** *********** Would I like to have some help getting a refund from Docupros **** If it is possible?*****************************

      We have attempted to contact you for the past year now multiple times and we havent gotten ahold of you we have left several messages along with multiple emails.

      I thought this was the ********** of ********* calling about my loans, They completely misguided me and told me that in order to get my full refund, they had to combine my loans and I had to pay $999.00. They gave me information about my account that I felt confident that this was legit. This happened in April of 2021 and I have yet to get in contact with someone about this, the phone doesn't work and I realized this was a scam. I would like a refund and all my information to be deleted from any system that it was put in. I have no idea where to start with this or what I should do. I am hurt and sad that I was waiting to get my loans back and when I realized it has been this long, I did some research and noticed that I was scammed.

      cWe spoke to this client and explained exactly how the program works and how it benefits she understoodd the whole process and we havent billed her or charged her for anything . We cancelled her file she never reached out to us to request to cancel, we will try to reach out to her to exp[lain but for now she is cancelled

      On May 4th, an agent of Docu-Pros approached me, and they basically misled into thinking that they were working for the agency behind StudentAid.Gov, they did this by not directly saying what company they TRULY WERE, but by telling me they could help me eliminate my student loan debt, and using their ability to get into the Studentaid.gov database with my social security number (which I already didn't like the sound of), this was the ONLY organization affiliation that they showed while they played their hand of being arbiters for Student loan forgiveness. When they went in to look at my information they discovered my loans were in default, I already knew this, and before my Mother and disability caretaker died in November leaving me without enough money each month to pay my rent. I explained to them that this was my situation and that I was completely broke, but that when my mother had looked into getting my account balance settled, what she found was that given our income and its source (Entirely Social Security), only 5$ was required to get my account out of default, and there was even a way to get that 5$ exempted, when I mentioned this to them they told me I was going to have to pay $100 a month for 8 months to pay what I owed so they could erase my entire Student Loan Debt, I told them I couldn't afford that and they lowered it to 75$, I explained that even that was more than I could currently afford and that I would try to pay it off when I could, and I was going to have to push the payments off every two weeks a lot of the time, but I was willing to try because getting rid of my loans would help enormously. After pushing the payment off this last time, I got a text with the actual company, Docu-Pros and immediately did some research only to find that Loan forgiveness is a scam and there is no current program like this, and when I tried to get in touch to ask about this and delay my latest payment all numbers connected to them were disconnected.

      I reached out and spoke to client we refunded her payment she made towards us and explained to her situation, we got her ourt of default and explained to her hwo forgiveness works in her situation. PLease let us know if this client confirms we can send over recording iof needed.  We basically did partial service for her at no cost and explainmed to her how she can proceed onto the next steps opn her own. She should be confirming this with you please let us know otherwise.

      It has been close to 6 months sense I sent them all the information they needed, now I cannot reach them by phone and not answering email's. Is this a legit company or did they go out of business?

      This is a scam company. They call to say they are associated with the US ********** of ********* and then walk you through the process to consolidate your student loan debt. They ask for personal information. I thought it was legitimate but now after review I see that it is a scam company that just takes your money. DO NOT answer calls from them.
