            I have been attempting to get in touch with Solevio for weeks now. I recently applied for a FAFSA loan to start my doctorate, and was informed that I have been in default since 2018 in repaying my student loans, which is the same amount of time that I have been paying Solevio. Now I am about to start school and am scrambling to get some answers, and I can't get anyone on the phone after the first day of calling and speaking to someone named ******* who was supposed to call me back the next day (still waiting). Now when I call daily (multiple times) I get defaulted to someone named ******* voicemail, and no one ever call back. I'm about to lose my mind thinking of the amount of money I have paid out and possibly lost to this scam since 2018. I onlky contact them once a year for help with tax records, and now when I actually need help (and am down to the final hour), I can't get ANYONE to even pick up the phone. This is terrible business practice, and I will take this complaint as far as I can take it .since I clearly will not be going back to school anytime soon since I now owe the federal govt thousands more than I previously did.I can provide phone records and emails for everything I've detailed here.
