Never received my order! Tried calling & emailing for the 10 days and have not received a response and been on hold for more than an hour!No customer service at all! Received confirmation email that my order was placed on March 16th, and that it was shipped by March 18th, however the tracking still says processing.Will be filing a dispute with my CC company since I have not received my order or any response.Buyer beware order from somewhere else!!Blenders Eyewear Response

I ordered two pairs of the wrap around sunglasses and two hard cases. I received two standard pairs and no cases. I called several times, and just like everyone else, put on hold and it hung up after about 10 minutes. Have sent three different emails and still have not heard back. Blenders customer service is not good at all. Would appreciate a response email or call back. No intentions of buying from or recommending Blenders to anyoneBlenders Eyewear Response

Only gave 1 star because I couldnt give 0. Worst customer service I have ever experienced (and not even close). I see others having trouble getting in touch with customer service as well. I have been trying to get in touch with someone since 3/19. It is 3/28. What a brutal way to run a company. Sad and not worth the hassle even though products are decent. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and my confirmation said all 3 were in my mailbox. Sadly only 2 arrived. Been calling ever since sent 2 emails, called on a few occasions only to stay on hold and the phone hangs up. What a joke!!! Order #*******Blenders Eyewear Response

Worst customer service I been trying to contact them I placed an order for 2 glasses that I never received but the customer service number always drops my call after a couple of minutes I have try sending multiple emails but no answer yet wish they care more about there customers I have order 3 pair of glasses from them before but now I feel I shouldnt order from them because its imposible to get a hold off them when you have issuesBlenders Eyewear Response

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a pair of blenders at a local store to me that retails their products. I havent had them long and the mirror is coming off. I emailed to get a warranty claim started. No response the first time. Did it again and this time got someone. They told me that they would warranty them but my style was out of stock. They had me pick another pair. So I picked a different style. I got them in the mail this week and tried them on and they are not for me. So I emailed to return to get another pair. I was told that I couldnt ! Wait what? This is most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. **************** is not their top priority. I have never had any issues like this before. I dont plan on purchasing from this company again due to the quality of the glasses and the lack of customer service provided.Blenders Eyewear Response

I ordered a pair of sunglasses about 1 month ago. I received an my order# F5131872 and tracking number 1 day after purchase. However, the order has been stuck with the status message "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSING" since Nov 24!! The tracking number with DHL does not appear to be valid as when I search on their tracking page, or click the link from Blenders no shipping information shows. I e-mailed customer support a week ago and haven't received a response. I keep calling their customer support number and it hangs up on me before I ever get to talk to someone! I am so disappointed. I just want my sunglasses and then to never purchase something from this company again.Blenders Eyewear Response

Purchased 2 items, a pair of sunglasses and a beanie. I received a notification that my order had been delivered however one item was missing from the box and an item I didn't purchase was in it's place. It appears they substituted a $20 beanie that I paid for with a $5 sunglass case. I tried multiple times to reach out to customer service via their toll free number and several different email accounts. The call was dropped and my emails have gone unanswered. If this company spent as much money on actual customer service, distribution, and customer retention as it has on BS influencer marketing it could be successful. Unfortunately it appears the owners are clueless frauds that lack even the most common business acumen.Blenders Eyewear Response

Product is great, but their customer service is non-existent. Their 800# customer care, IVR times out and for two days I have been trying to track down my order #*******, where they shipped me only two (2) items, of the five (5) items I purchased. I am so frustrated with the inability to reach anyone via phone, email, social media - what a joke. I guess I will be out $ since I can't reach anyone to fix my order and ship the missing product.
