1) Contacted Edd **** at Tax Advisory Group June 2021 and explained my entire situation in great detail. 2) I was told by Edd **** he would take on my case and if I was not satisfied he would give me 100% refund June 20221. 3) I paid the fee 100% up front of $3,000.00 June 20221. 4) June 29th 2022 sent an docusign agreement via email to sign and I signed/returned same day. June 30th I signed a POA doc 2848 and sent back same day & Inquired about the status of Innocent Spousal Act they filed but I already explained I went down that route. 5) Oct 2022 I was asked to sign again, POA doc 2848 for the 2nd time and sent back. 5) June 18th 2023 that they are working with TAS but got rejected 6)July 28th 2023 I was reassigned a new TAS and I called them directly to find out the status and got rejected, again. 7) I requested my money back for the reasons they did nothing I haven't tried already on my own and did a poor job of representing my case and told Edd he didn't even pay any attention to all the documents and situation I was asking him to help me with and requested a full refund. I was mislead from the beginning that Edd **** and Tax Advisory Group would be able to help me above and beyond anything I have already tried to work with IRS as well as US Tax Court which included I filed Innocent Spousal Act. My divorce decree states my EX is responsible for half of monies owed to IRS and needed to have my EX responsible for his half but got absolutely no where at all now I have to pay the full amount of $34K and want my money back from this fraudulent company as I need that money to apply to IRS debt. We are do specialize in tax resolutions and we have been proud of the work we have been doing since April of 2010 that is over 13 years of dedicated work with maintaining 100% happy clients ,it is hard to keep everyone pleased even when you go above and beyond your contracted service to please the client and they decide to black mail you after over year of doing extra work for free, by saying refund what I paid you initially or I will file complaints knowingly that you strive form good reputation, Mrs. L***** ***** is the client we contracted with her to provide her with innocent spouse tax relief option because as she repeatedly stated that she was not involved in husband business and she held a full time job, she also stated that she has her W2 to prove it, we go by what the clients statement which we did after we submitted the power of attorney to protect her and deal with the IRS on her behave we submitted her innocent spouse application which was denied because the IRS believe she was involved with her husband business, But we didn't stop there after the denial we submitted another appeal without asking for any extra penny , the appeal was denied, she was upset at us thinking we make the rules and we can do magic, we didn't give up we went ahead and contacted the Tax Advocates on her behave to investigate more till she decided to go ahead and pay the IRS everything by herself and turn around and ask which spent more than her initial fees to make her happy, she gave us the wrong information about her involvement with her husband in the business accused us of guarantying the result or money back or she will ruin our reputation but we will be seeking legal action against her for false accusations, please refer to her agreement which state the rules of engagement #1 is the information from client has to be true and accurate for us to be able to help, her attachements are copies of our work.

Please see attached that explains how Edd **** lies, takes advantage of women, takes money and does nothing to help, doesn't listen to the customer request at all, didn't do a thing the entire time as a POA. Now he is trying to back peddle accusing me of something at the last minute he requested that was impossible task after almost 3 years of no help on his part. This person and company need to be held liable for their actions - shame on them, shame on Edd ****.Business response

Well again we have delivered our work and services as requested by the client the IRS didn't accept her claim of innocent spouse because she was part of the husband business we also did an apeal for free and last thing we contacted the Tax advoscate dept to him them invetigate IRS descion that's what we offered to do and that is what we did for less thann half of any other company will do it for.Customer response

again, Edd **** has lied, I was not part of my Ex Spouse company - I worked full time paid my taxes via my employers and I have also filed innocent spousal act on my own with the IRS. Edd **** did not fill out the Innocent Spousal act correctly, could not even give a reason why I got rejected for the 2nd time, I had to chase him for over 2 years to get any kind of a response on the status which was usually not hearing back from him and then he gave me Cu to work with after a long long time of trying to get him to see what he can do for me as he was appointed POA so he could work with the IRS - which he never even talked to them - he just took my money and disappeared. He lies - he is lying to BBB - when I filed Innocent Spousal Act on my own with the IRS - which again, I told him I got rejected so why is he doing this again - was because I filed "married/jointly" not because he is claiming I was working for my Ex Spouse - he is lies and a cheater - there are other people on YELP that have given very similar reviews to Edd **** and his company where they take your money - promise to refund you back then disappear with absolutely no proof of any thing they claim to have done - where's the proof? I haven't seen a thing - I want my full refund back and will not back down - see attached for more details -SHAME ON EDD **** AND SHAME ON TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A WOMEN THAT WAS DESPERATE FOR HELP AND KINDNESS AT A PEAK OF A HORRIBLE DIVORCE SITUATION.
