      Purchased a Sonim XP3 phone 11/2/2022. In April, 2023, had to return for repair. Since initial repair phone continued to have issues. Upon last repair phone still not working. Contacted Sonim for refund. I have been without a phone since April, it is now June. Issue has been escalated several times to management with no response.

      On 9/21 I sent Sonim support the following info:My order # is ***** I would like to return the following for a refund.3x **** REVO NC2 RSM - Packaged for $169.95 each bought on 9/09/22 I returned the phones to Southern Linc so I do not need the microphones.I would like to return them for a refund of $509.85 On Oct 7 2022 I received RMA #****** I returned the microphones **** tracking ********************** delivered oct 12 to ********* ** I emailed support on 11/14 12/15 12/31 and 01/12 I called them on 12/23 12/29 01/10 01/12 01/18 01/23 02/09 and 02/10 plus a few more times on my home phone.The story usually is they will send someone a note about it. They all claim there is an issue with the warehouse responding to them. The people are all very nice but nice has not yielded any results.I let them know today that I would be contacting the BBB.

      I ordered some phone accessories from sonim tech september 2 the parcel was getting shipped through ****** It was lost sept 7. I contacted ***** and they said I had to file the claim through Sonim so I then phoned sonim and they told me that I had to talk to ***** not them as they were the ones that lost it. I phoned ***** again and they told me I have to go through Sonim. I phoned Sonim again and then they said they would put a claim through.That was late sept or start of Oct. I have been phoning them lots since and they keep telling me that they are sorry but it is there team leader that is working on my case and when I have asked them to put me through to him or someone higher up they said that they are not allowed to. My order number is *****. The case number with Sonim is ********. I paid ****** american and would like to have the stuff re-shipped or refunded if they can not re-ship it.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
