In 2019 I booked dinner cruise for 4 - I had to cancel for family health reasons. They refunded in form of gift card Early 2020 I rebooked for Aug. Got charged an additional fee- landing fees went up. Paid it. Canceled b/c of covid. Again refund in a gift card. Rebooked for Aug 2021. Again charged another increase landing fee. Paid it. Before cruise I changed reservation to 3 people. The refund was in form of gift card again. Attempted to use credit on cruise for enhancements on our cruise but due to computer error on their end they were unable to honor the gift card. NOW they refuse to put credit on my credit card because the cruise in ********************************************************************************* to speak with her manager. They had NO issue charging me more $, twice, for same cruise due to increase fees but refuse to credit my card when they had computer problems and unable to honor the credit on their gift card during my cruise.Initial Complaint

On June 3rd I booked a party with city cruises host ********************* for my 60th birthday I pre-paid and pre-ordered meals for my guest list of 75 on June 25, 2021 after all guests were boarded and seated and boat Started cruising my guest were told that they had no pre-ordered meals. Please be advised this was a dinner cruise with a pre-paid amount of $4,000. My entire party was ruined.0
