  On December 30th around 2 in the morning I was pulled over in downtown ********* and my car was ultimately towed. As I was talking to the police I was watching how my car was being put on without much care. Even though I specifically said the car was modified and lowered and the tow man shrugged it off and ignored what I said to keep mistreating my car as it was being put on. I do not know how it was handled once it got off the tow since I wasnt at the tow yard. I had to wait 4 days to finally get it back on January 2nd, and when I got it back right away I noticed the front bumper and back was scratched up and cracked mostly on the back. This included damage to an exhaust pipe on the left side that got bent as well. They tow yard said It was like that already but I know my car well enough to realize that damage wasnt there on the 30th of December. To make matters worse the car began to overheat shortly leaving the tow yard and I had to get my own tow to take it home. I even called them and the Middle Eastern man on the phone was very rude and said pictures dont do enough for proof ***** and told me if I wanted to talk to bring the car in but how can I when it is now overheating on me and wasnt doing that before. I would like to have my money refunded or a repair done for the damages caused to my vehicle.

  To Whom It may concern, 

  The entire story is made up by ******************. ***************** was pulled over and was taken to jail by Police for reckless driving and his vehicle was impounded by the order of Police before our driver even gets there. When our driver arrived on the scene ****************** was not even there and he had already been taken to jail so I do not know how he came up with his story. The only people who were present were Police Officers. Unfortunately ****************** has made up the entire story to get the money back for towing and storage and Police fee for impounding of his vehicle due to his own wrong doing. The damages were pre-existing damages and now he want to blame us for it. As far as over heating the engine, it is absurd to blame a towing company for the overheating of his car since it has nothing to do with towing because we did not even start the car and it was towed on a tow truck. It is unfortunate the see the extent ****************** is willing to make up a story to benefit. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions. Thank you.
