      I cannot believe the military uses this for travel, after being on hold for 2 hours they hung up on me and didnt actually help me. This is the most sorry excuse for a company. I would be ashamed to associate myself with them

      I had to change my flight, I was waiting an hour and 15 mins for ****, and they said everything was good, I had my new reservations. Got to AA and they said it was never ticketed, so they tried to help me but the only flight I had was a first class seat that was over 2k. So I had to call **** again, at the Airport guess what Waited two hour just to have to rebook everything for the next day and had to pay for a hotel out of pocket. ** said **** had been a nightmare when booking military flights.

      Slow.Hapless.Ignorant.Time consuming.Terrible.You can never get ahold of them!I have been on hold with them for hours at a time, and that is with the 24hr emergency number; if they are understaffed hire more people; so many excuses from them and so little ways to address grievances.

      They are the laziest and most uneducated travel agents on the planet. Wait times are always in excess of 4 hours or more to speak to a. Human being. There travel counselors Never call you back if you leave them a voicemail. But yet the US government continues to still use this organization. To support its military and civilian work force for travel.Steer clear of SATO travel at all costs.Nightmare Unprofessional

      The absolute worse travel company I have ever used. I sincerely wonder why the US military continues a contract with this company that could give a sh*t about us. To keep it short, they never answer their phone. Ive been on waiting for someone to pick up for the past 2 hours. How is that even possible? The emergency line is also useless as they can NEVER actually help. If the military wanted to pay someone to literally provide nothing, they shouldve hired me instead.

      An Unreliable Nightmare with **** Flights Booking My recent encounter with **** Flights Booking left me utterly frustrated and deeply disappointed. I had low expectations from for a smooth and hassle-free experience, but unfortunately, reality couldnt have been farther from even that.Upon booking my flights with ****, I expected at beat mediocre experience but, they failed to reserve my tickets altogether. This colossal blunder not only disrupted my travel plans but also caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. Its unimaginable that a supposedly professional booking company could make such a fundamental error.Attempting to rectify the situation, I contacted ***** customer service. Little did I know that I was in for an excruciating ordeal. I spent a mind-numbing two hours on hold, forced to endure a seemingly endless loop of monotonous hold music and repetitive recorded messages. This blatant disregard for customers time and patience is simply unacceptable.SATO Flights Bookings inability to fulfill the most basic function of their service and their infuriating customer service practices have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Its clear that this company values its customers time and satisfaction far less than it should. I strongly caution anyone against entrusting their travel plans to ****, as their unreliability and disregard for customer care make for an experience that is anything but pleasant.

      The worst travel assistance ever. I don't understand how anyone in our armed services can effectively do anything travel related with them. Their customer service is horrendous. Government needs to cancel their contract.

      Trip to ******. Sounds nice, until **** got involved....Attempted to cancel out on town lodging because base lodging became available. On the phone, on hold, for a total of 15 hours in 4 days trying to get a hold of ****. Different phone numbers, time of day, everything; NO ANSWER and then the calls would suddenly get disconnected around the 3 hour hold time. It gets better. I then get charged for a "no show" lodging fee. $208.79 that the Navy won't reimburse since it should have been cancelled in a timely manner. But wait, there's more!! Call Delta to adjust my flight time. Easy day. Done in a short phone call. Day of flight, **** never ticketed the new flight, so no flight for me. That's my fault, should have confirmed ticketed airfare. Delta Rep can't purchase new flights at service counter, only modify current tickets. I call **** to book new flight. After another 2 hour hold time; (Delta Rep also attempting to contact ****), neither of us can reach them. I have existing family plans and need to leave ****** that day. Delta phone line was also busy. I use the Delta app and book new flight using personal CC. Thanks to ****, I am now out over $1300 for lodging and airfare that they should be responsible for if they answered the phones. Really glad they are looking out for Service Members. **** is the worst run company/ program known to exist. Absolutely shameful the amount of wasted resources that service members burn through trying to communicate with this company. **** should be disbanded for s******* military members.

      Minimum wait time 1.5 hours on the "emergency" line. Pre recorded message without fail claims they are experiencing longer than expected wait times, and the first thing the operator says is "sorry for the extended wait time". They know it's going to take hours out of your day to deal with them, and have never taken steps to fix the problem. Your time is NOT important to them. Not to mention the recordings leading up to waiting to talk to someone. You're told the same message at least three times. Clear your schedule if you're calling this disgusting excuse for a business. Absolute garbage.

      Absolutely horrible. Attempted to contact the emergency 24/7 hotline listed on the website and that is provided to all members of the military for after-hours military travel issues. Waited on hold for over 2 hours and 45 minutes before finally giving up. What else is someone in the military supposed to do after-hours when requiring assistance to travel...especially if it's official government travel? Great support to the military Sato Travel! Just another government-contracted business with no accountability providing inexcusable services.
