Credit wise informed me that my email address is compromised and my password was exposed by yidio.com and my email and password were found on the dark web on May 26, 2023 due to this "breached site". I have never heard of or used this site and I have never bought anything from them. They NEED to be stopped and they should have charges brought against them because by looking at BBB reviews of yidio.com I am not the first person this has happened to!Initial Complaint

I never bought anything from *****. I dont even understand what it is. I found it on my bank account. I tried to contact them but there doesnt seem any way to do it. They have been charging me for a long time. I just didnt realize it. *** contacted my bank to get help.Initial Complaint

On December 28th $48 was taken from my debit card by Yidio. I've never even heard of this company before and know for a fact I would have never signed up for their service, especially during the current time, with the holidays I don't have any extra money and the $48 was a portion of my rent that is now late and I will be charged a fee. For the sake of being completely honest I have a younger child in the house but when asked she said she didn't do it and I believe her I contacted the company directly and received only an automated email stating that they received my complaint and would respond in (what they said is typically) 24 hours it's been 3 days.Initial Complaint

I noticed a charge on my debit card for ***** from YIDIO a streaming service. I did not authorize this charge and tried to call them but u can only notify them online. So I emailed them and they are investigating the matter. Well why they are investigating my account is overdrawn and I have bills that haven't been paid. I want my money returned.Initial Complaint

Today I received two emails from a company called yideo. The first was an invoice for $48.00 for a one year subscription, January 2, 2022-January 2, 2023. I have NEVER ordered anything from this company. In fact, Ive never even heard of them until I received the emails!! On the same email was my receipt, with the last four digits of my **** debit card number on it. Both had my email address printed on them; yet, none of them had my name or any of my information. The next email was an invoice and receipt for $7.99. It didnt explain what it was for. Once again, just my emailno name or any of my information, but my last four of my card. If you would like invoice numbers, etc., I will be more than happy to provide them for you. Please just let me know any additional information that is needed. For me, this is a lot of money, and they literally just stole it from me!!! I want(and desperately need) my money back!!Thank you for helping me in advance. I truly hope that you can stop them from doing this to anyone else.***********************Business response
