Purchase my card December 28, 2023,Gave $3000 down payment and at no point in time they said the registration fees are an extra cost now 2 months later the registration fees are extra cost. Went to to zas to pick up my registration and now if I dont pay them another $450 they will not give me the registration so what am I supposed to do. What a bunch of criminals. Also ***** the sales guy promised a full tank of gas and he never kept his promise also the following day the maintenance light comes on for an oil change they never did maintenance on the car. They should not be selling cars. Dont know what to do about the registration fee thats what the down payment was for, taxes and registration fees.

      Hello ****,

I have talked to you about all the above, we resolved the issues, I waved some of your DMV registration fee which is customer's responsibility to pay, we collect a estimated amount once we take it to DMV they will tell us how much it would be then we will pass it to the customer, we pay DMV from our pocket for you and collect the difference from customers that is normal in any car purchase process. as far as your tank of Gas I have addressed that issue too and told you to bring it so we can fill it out for you, or I have waived your fees to compensate for Gas. this was couple months ago, but I had no access to my BBB account to reply, we have talked so many times over the phone and resolved the complain.

thank you for your business and understanding!

On March 2022 I bought an Audi A4 from Zas Motors in *************, ********* and ever since I had to put oil in the car every **** days I tried to make necessary repairs to stop the leak but was unsuccessful until the engine broke down in September 2022. The cost to replace the engine and labor was $6400. I am requesting full payment of $6400 for negligent misrepresentation causing me to spend this amount on the vehicle purchased from Zas Motors. Enclosed is a copy of the 2 invoices, showing the replacement of the motor. In addition, I am requesting that Zas Motors refunds the full price of the vehicle for the amount of $12792.00. Attached is a copy of the carfax and Autocheck report, which was given to me but the information on the reports were not verbally disclosed and I was only asked to sign or initial the documents. The reports shows a history of the vehicle being in an auto auction, reported stolen, auto accident, and registered as a lease vehicle. Please understand that if this information was disclosed prior to my purchase, I would not have thought about buying this vehicle. I believe Zas Motors deliberately sold me a vehicle that was dysfunctional prior to me even knowing and did not disclose this information prior to my purchase of the vehicle. Please help me with obtaining the full refund of all the expenses I have incurred on this vehicle as this is a good example of negligent misrepresentation. Thank you for your time and consideration. *****************************

      Hello *****************,

Thank you for your feedback about your purchase. We would love to help you if this was a within 30days of your purchase. You purchase a used vehicle with over 70k miles clearly knowing that things will happen with used cars. as you kindly see your folder and find the document called Buyer's Guide and Due bill, on there we clearly disclosed that this car is AS IS and there is no Dealer responsibility after the purchase unless you obtain Service contract with a 3rd party for additional cost which would have covered all of your expenses in case your  car would break according to their terms. You rejected to obtain service contract for additional cost. at this point we are truly sorry for what happened to your car, but you built value to your car that will last you for a long time which you will enjoy not the Deale and if you ever sell it you will get a good money for it probably more than a regular Audi ****** car. Negligent miss conduct does not have any means on this case, we have the history reports Auto Check on our website for all of our cars and you can check and read them prior to your purchase, also we have signs in our office that says, customer may take the car to pre purchase inspection prior to your purchase.

Thank you and I hope you enjoy your car with the new engine for years to come. if you ever buy a car for yourself or your family we will give a great discount to recover your cost and inconveniences. We are truly sorry for your inconveniences and wish you all the best.

The Business response stating that they offered me the opportunity to purchase service contract for the vehicle is incorrect. When we were going over the documents they did not talk about this service other than a request to sign that I decline the service contract option.
