In early January, our home had severe water damage due to the rains. We had to move out of our home while construction took place and had to move to a property that is managed by Paradise Rentals for two months. In order to move in, we had to put down a $1000 deposit. When we moved out we were accused of stealing various items from the home. Missing Items:- 2 king size pillows - 1 standard pillow - Small blender missing cup - Large blender missing - 3 ************* 1 king set sheet - 1 ************ 1 twin duvet - 2 twin sheets - Extra towels dark blue or gray 2 full sets ***************** remote control is broken Without any inventory taken prior and without any proof that we took these items or broke the tv remote, the company subtracted almost $500 from our deposit. I have called, emailed and sent a certified letter to dispute these charges to no avail. They literally stole almost half of our deposit. It's shameful and a disgrace that a company that manages various home in ********* would do such a thing.
