      purchased this wired controller a while back but never got a chance to use it due to health problems that came up, the controller was used 5 times when a defect in the thumb sticks came to light, I worked in injection modeling and I know what those defects look/are like, the thumb sticks snapped mid shaft with a high glossy look on the break (which is an unseen defect that happens in injection modeling) I contacted PDP about the issues and because I had thrown the broken thumb sticks away they state there is nothing they can do, all Im asking for is 2 replacement thumb sticks(which the company does sell) companies need to stand behind there products because NOT all of US have extra money to go out and buy another controller/product because we are on FIXED INCOMES i.e. SSD etc, the picture of an extra stick I **** a line showing where the defect was also the game that my cousin was playing was Mario **** 8 which there wasn't any hard force being done to the thumbsticks.

      PDP has an offer when you buy there dual charger for xbox you get 1 month of xbox game pass free the code you need to enter is not vaild i have sent them emails and nothing its going on 2 weeks what they are doing is false advertising and looking online this happens an lot they dont honor there deals at all, No wonder they cheap c*** dosent last at all

      Hello,I have an order of a product made from PDP. The product does not work as expected. On 15DEC2022, I reached out to their support to explain that the batteries that came with my purchase do not hold a charge. I got a response on 29DEC2022 asking for more information. I provided it the next day on 30DEC2022. It has been now almost ********************************************************* like a resolution for this as soon as possible.

      I purchased a wireless PDP brand afterglow deluxe ******** Switch controller from ******** It was my all time favorite controller for my Switch until it stopped working completely. I've had it about a year now and this problem happened very suddenly for no obvious reason. There is only 1 light inside the controller (1 of 4) that is working. It will not pair with my Switch anymore. It won't even reset or recalibrate properly. I've tried fully charging it and letting die (which took at least 2 weeks!) I contacted the company through their website at the start of December. It is December 30th as I write this! I have not heard back from them at all. I really just want some help with fixing this problem. Even a phone call with customer support would be great! I don't think that's a lot to ask for. I just wish I could get some help with this since controllers are typically very expensive. I'd like to get more than a years worth out of a single controller.
