The company sent expired protien bars, expired in December of 2021 and will not issue a refund. The product was ***** and dried out, not edible.Business response

We are all about getting our hands on insane deals, and then passing them on to our customers. Sometimes that means products are Short Dated or even Past Dated, but that doesnt necessarily mean they are any worse! Most supplements do not change in efficacy, flavor, or texture until many months past the Best Before date. To be sure, our team continually tests the products to ensure what we are selling provides value that far exceeds anyone else.
We can appreciate that this customer was unaware of the Best Before date posted on the website, and that the quality was not reflective of the samples we had tested ourselves. The customer also reached out through a Customer Support email, and a refund was issued for this purchase.Initial Complaint

Items were purchased and have been pending shipment for a month. No updates are given on items as some items also have an expiration date involved. Refuse to refund or send order items when contacted Unprofessional clown show at this organization Do not purchase from hold your money for months with no intent to ship actual products.Business response

Our sincere apologies! This was your 7th order with us and this one encountered a highly unique set of circumstances.
The ***** tracking shows the package indeed stalled with the carrier, and is presumed lost. Your inquiries for an update from us on Aug 15th and 20th were promptly replied to, asking if you prefer that we 1) attempt to re-ship a replacement package or 2) issue a full refund. An additional follow-up email was also sent on the 21st. Unfortunately the ticket is parked still awaiting your response, suggesting our 3 messages may have gone directly to your Spam folder. At that point our policy is to issue a refund due to 'no response', so that is on us.
A full refund has now been issued and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration. An additional credit has also been added to your account for this unusual circumstance if you wish to use it.
We respond to all emails and encourage customers to check their Spam folder or call our Support line if they experience any delay.
