I am making this complaint on behalf of I feel like my father who is 83 years old got scammed or has been taken advantage of. He ordered a product from Organic ******** (organiclifes.com) and was sent products which he paid $200 for. After a doctor's visit, he was told to not use their products. They continued to send him another product without confirming if my dad wanted more. When they harassed him for the payment, he told them he never ordered more. They told him it is too late and that he needs to pick up the package from the ***** He said he is not interested and I told them that that package can be returned to sender if it is not picked up. They say that he owes "$140" for administrative fees. They harass him and call him 3-5 times a day, sometimes more, to pressure him for the payment. In Spanish, they always say "amigo" and the guy asks how the product is going and for the payment even though my dad never picked anything up, and ignores when my dad says he's cancelled it, getting hostile. I even tried speaking to them and they were very rude to me, repeating to put my dad on the phone, that they don't care to talk to me even though my dad asked me to help him resolve the matter. They hang up on me and will continue calling until my dad picks up. They have called from *****************-566-6166, ************. They are harassing my dad nonstop and he has health issues concerning high blood pressure and it is directly impacting his health. My dad doesn't have numbers saved, so will always answer them and starts arguing with them. Is there any way this company can stop harassing my dad? They took advantage and kept continuing an order after the initial shipment without even seeing if my dad wanted to continue with more products. My dad hasn't picked up any other packages from ***** but they are still harassing him for another $140 for the "administrative fees." Please keep my number from this complaint private from them, since I do not want them harassing me.Initial Complaint

Date product was purchased 1/20/2024 Amount paid $97.25 Products that were supposed to be delivered:1. The enhancement bundle (1)2. Activated enhancement oil - starter kit (1)Shipping $7.25 (5-8 days)*** requesting a FULL refund from the business. There have been multiple attempts to get a hold of someone for a refund and nothing has happened. I was even ghosted by the owner of the company *********************. She saw my message and never replied. I also did not receive an email from the email address provided. The influencer also has their comments turned off on the company's Instagram account and has been deleting comments from people calling her out for fraud. They keep giving everyone the same answer that anyone who ordered in ******* would be receiving their order, but it's been a few weeks and no one has received their product. Me included.
