In 2016 I had a water treatment installed in my house. I paid $1750 to have an alkaline water system installed. Its been 6 yrs and the technician came to replace my filters and membrane on 4/22/22. When I asked him to check my alkaline he said I dont have an alkaline system. He installed it BUT its been 6yrs since I paid for it. I wanted Alkaline water for my health. I am extremely disappointed and do not know what recourse I have or should ask forBusiness response

As we discussed on the phone on Friday. The customers below have already been taken care of. She was right to complain. We did make an honest mistake and failed to provide her with the alkaline (one cartridge) of her water drinking system. To make up for our mistake, we will provide a free filter change (total of three filters )and waive the service fee. Additionally, we will provide her with an Alkaline cartridge when it needs to be replaced. Also, free of charge.
