              We have a 5 year water contract with Aqua Green which ended July 18, 2022. On June 15 we sent in our notice we did not want to auto renew the contract and we wanted the equipment picked up. Our request has been ignored for 5 months. I have called several times as well as well as sent emails which get ignored. We did hear back from ******* on 2 occupations he was sending over the cancel request paperwork but he has not done so. Last conversation was on Friday Oct 14 where he said he was sending paperwork right over but has not. emails to AP or AR **** is not successful. We need to have the equipment picked up and returned. We are not allowed to unhook the water filtration system on our own. not sure what to do at this point. it is 5 month with no luck. ******* cell ************ *************************** <**************************************************> ********************* <**************************************>. this company does not care and just ignores their loyal customers

              This is by far the WORST vendor I have ever worked with. *******, who seems to control everything, is rude, clueless, pompous, and lacks customer service skills. We had our machine break numerous times and have been waiting since February for a new machine. Excuse after excuse and he places blame on our company for the reason why the new machine hasn't been installed. The company hired to help with the repairs has had constant issues with Aqua Green Solutions and has said they will never assist them moving forward. The ongoing issues are too much of a headache. When I asked for a credit to our account because we hadn't had a working machine, ******* replied, "As far as a credit, unfortunately we are at a total loss for this account meaning the service costs and machine replacements are more than the revenue from your account." I was at a total loss of words that a vendor would respond this way to a PAYING customer. I would veer as far away from this company as you can.
