The package which contained a bottle of liquor was originally sent to my son in ******* but was returned since he was not available to sign for the package. It was returned to the warehouse. The company offered to send it to me in *********, **; which they did. When the package arrived, the outside packaging was dry but retained an odor of the liquor inside, but was completely dry. The more I unwrapped the bottle, the more liquor could be smelled as I continued to unwrap the packaging, I found more evidence that the bottle had been opened. The cork was firmly inserted in the bottle, but BOTH plastic/wax seals had been broken and approximately 6-8 ounces of the liquid was missing.When I contacted the seller, they offered me 30% off the price of the bottle but since it had clearly been tampered with, I did not feel safe drinking it. I was told by the seller that severe heat had melted the seals. The seals had clearly been cut and had not melted. I asked for my money back but they did not respond and the phone number that had listed went to voicemail and the mailbox was full.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bottle of *************************** and a gift card on April 10th for $201.00 total. My product was supposed to be delivered to an address in ******, **. I have repeatedly asked for a refund with no response. I then got a message on May 8th that said my product was delivered but it just went back to on line liquor and was received by ***. It's impossible to reach anyone at this business by phone or email. My order # is *****Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on 2-21-2024 received a tracking number but the order has not shipped. I have emailed numerous times, called with no response and texted with no response.
