    In August of 2021, I had the misfortune of having a sewage backup at one of my apartment complexes. I was referred to this company by my long term Plumbing company. I met with ***** ***** at the apartment, and he was very reassuring with how this project was going to be completed. This was a month long project which involved the tenant temporarily moving out. ***** asked me if I had someone who could do the rebuilding after the clean up was done and I told him to use his partner (Matt *****) to make it more fluid. I was happy with most of the work Bryans crew did, with the exception of leaving raw sewage in the shower and tub when they were done. I asked ***** about this, and his answer was, "It wasn't in the scope of the contract". Now, I am no genius, but if you are cleaning up raw sewage throughout an apartment, don't you think you would vacuum up the shower and tub?

    After the removal of walls, carpet, toilets, and vanities, Matt's crew came in to rebuild everything. I called Matt up shortly before the tenant was suppose to move in to make sure everything was completed. Matt assured me it was. I checked the apartment the day before, just to make sure it was ready. To my surprise, it was a disaster! All of the furniture was stacked in bedrooms, beds were taken apart and not put back together, both bathroom doors were put on incorrectly, none of the towel bars toilet holders were put back, the patio had paint and plaster all over it as well as in the hallway, none of the plug plates were put back on, there were over 20 staples left in the ceiling area from their plastic sheets, chunks of plaster were splattered over the entire apartment, 2 damaged items (Which still hasn't been paid to tenant by Matt), and a horrible drywall patching in the hallway. It literally took me 7 hours to put everything back.

    I then observed a valve leaking onto the new $2500 vanity that was just installed. That was another debacle. Matt's crew mounted a 60 inch flat vanity with no backsplash or any type of silicone to prevent water from going down the back side. I notified Matt of the leak, and he sent a plumber over to remedy it. Mind you,,there was no leaking of any kind from any valve prior to this incident. This plumber spent 6 hrs the first day, and an additional 3 hrs the second day. FOR A LEAKY VALVE. The valve caused damage to the wood area of the vanity, but according to Matt, it was only minor. I just spent $2500 for a vanity and now it is damaged. The plumber plastered up the hole in the wall nice and tight and left. The next day two of Matts crew brought over a fan due to the moisture from the leaky valve. I asked them what the fan was for and how it was going to dry anything through plaster. He told me that it might take awhile, but it will dry out. How is air going to pass ******* plaster and dry anything? I told him to politely leave.

    Honestly, I would not hire this company for any project due to the sub par workmanship, unprofessionalism, and lack of communication. They do not know what they are doing! And some constructive criticism or advice for the Owner's ***** and Matt *****. You not only lost me as a customer, but lost the trust of the plumbing company who initially referred you to me. You might want to put a little effort into mediation next time.
