      I canceled my membership with Crunch and on April 12, 2023 received an email that my membership had been canceled per my request. I was told that I would get my $180 refund and that it would take 5 -7 business days to process. It has been months and I have yet to receive any refund. Ive called and emailed management multiple times and all Ive heard was that its still processing. They have not responded to an email since June 15th and I still havent gotten a refund.Agreement #**********

      My name is ************************* about over 3 weeks ago crunch did a unauthorized charge of 149 dollars to my card when I contacted manager ******* he stated " it was a computer cliche " and that I'll get my money back in 3 to 5 days, its been over 3 weeks and my complaints to branch and corporate offices have not been answered which leads me to believe this was straight theft on their part.

      On January 18, 2022, I received a text message from Crunch Fitness offering to renew my membership at my current rate ($200 for 2 years). On February 4, 2022, I displayed the renewal text message to the location manager, ****** who agreed to renewal terms as indicated in the text. It was also agreed that 2 additional months would be added to my membership to compensate for ***** closure. My credit card payment was processed at that time. As I proceeded with my workout an email was sent to me containing a renewal contract with an expiration date of February 21, 2023 as opposed to the correct expiration date of April 21, 2024. I brought this error to the attention of ***** on my way out of the gym. ***** assured me a corrected contract would be emailed later that day. On February 6, 2022, I followed up with front desk employee **** who assured me manager ***** would issue a corrected contract. I again followed up in person on February 22, 2022, with front desk employee ******** who confirmed my membership expiration date was still listed as February 21, 2023 and would be corrected by ****** I followed up via text to ***** on March 4, 2022 and did not receive a response. On March 5, 2022, I followed up via email to Crunch management (**************************) and have not received a reply. At this point, I am being ignored by ***** and cheated out of a year of membership. Crunch Fitness - *** ***** *** ************* *** ****** ** ***** ************

      I have been trying to cancel my membership for months now and they won't cancel it. I have email showing for the last months to cancel as they provided me their email to cancel and I get no response back from them at all. When I call they state that I need to cancel thru email but they are not responding back or canceling.

      Crunch gym has refused to enforce masking by employees and customers and since the omicron surge, it has been very unsafe to be there. I have asked for my account to be canceled as they are not following their own guidelines presented on their website or abiding by ** Public Health mandates. They have refused to speak to me, I have tried to speak over email, which they have responded to one email over the last month of about a dozen even though their agreement says it can be canceled by email. They have made claims that **** is okay with their lack of masking and that they have been given a green light to continue the business as they have been. This is unacceptable and clearly a lie as the mandates are still in effect. I want my account canceled, they have created an unsafe environment that is hostile and I cannot return to the site for fear of my health and safety being compromised.
