On 08/24/2021 I purchased an item through ShopLilac.com. During checkout an additional item was advertised as a free add-on so I clicked on the item. It was not until after the purchase that my receipt showed I would be double-billed shipping and handling. I immediately contacted ShopLilac via their Contact Us button and email ******************************* (screenshot attached) requesting the item be canceled. My card was immediately charged $19.95 (receipt screenshot attached). The company never responded.-September 12, I contacted the company via their e-mail: *******************************. Again I received no contact from the company.-September 22, I contacted the company via "Contact Us" on their website. Again, no communication from the company.-September 29, I have still never received communication or my package from this company despite my card being charged. The "Tracking number" (UT416613660TH) does not seem to exist.Initial Complaint

I ordered a ring from the company ShopLilac & Company on June 16, 2021 and still have not yet received my item. I have made correspondences to request a refund after having not received the item on June 30, 2021 and received a response on July 7, 2021 advising that the company's orders usually takes 3-5 business days to be fully processed and once the item is handed over to the company's courier or postal services I should have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to which I received no tracking #. I again made a correspondence on July 28 requesting a full refund due to having not received the item and received a response August 14, 2021 advising that they could not refund me money due to the company having already incurred staff, packaging, shipping costs, and product costs. I feel this is unfair--I was a paying customer that never received my item, it is not my problem I never received the item and the company is refusing to compensate for this.
