Hi,I'm trying to get a refund from Awair since May 2022 for 341. The return order number is aw16044. I have already spoken to support and tried to get my money back, but they refuse to do so. They say they can't process my return because they don't have the money. Please try to help me.Thank you.Initial Complaint

Date of the transaction: december 31th, 2021 Amount paid to the business: 6,284.20$ USD I bought 20 awair devices, decided to return 18, and they did refund for the 18 devices.In july, I decided to return the last 2 devices because they weren't as advertised, Awair accepted my return, but since receiving the device in july, they haven't refunded me and keep giving excuses.Amount owed by the business: 620$ USD What the nature of the dispute is: I've returned their awair devices to them and they've confirmed to have received them.They have given me several excuses to keep delaying refunds.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem:they keep delaying, I've followed up several times, but every time I get the same generic messages by email about them giving excuses that they cannot refund.
