    The management at Hanover continues to lack and negatively affect my experience as a resident here despite paying a very large sum of rent per month. But regardless while being a resident in good standing. This has included: moving in and finding my apartment with several faults/ deficiencies (including the former residents decorations hanging, filthy/ dirty laundry machine soap container, overheated apartment with broken AC all which Id assured had been checked). Weve also had nonfunctional elevators and not been informed (in my case living on the 7th floor), and mostly non functioning trash chutes so having to leave trash in a stinky small room which is extremely unhygienic. Im today most upset/ over the edge because *** now also not been able to find parking in a closed parking garage despite paying ~$150/ month, and then tonight being locked out of the garage for more than an hour with the off-site answering service unable to get a hold of emergency. Not only have I had a very long day, it is late at night, not safe to leave the car parked alone and I have a dog waiting inside for me. I worry that no emergency maintenance is available, and what would occur if this were an actual physical emergency like flooding or fire or something else and they cannot get a hold of anyone/ no one is picking up their phone. I have spoken to two CSRs and one manager on the phone and emailed the on-site office email and on-site manager even though it is after hours for them. All I want is them to take their service more seriously and have responsive systems because we, as residents, are paying * a lot to stay here - and also because we hope for/ expect that level of service. But its not being met and they fall through again and again. Please note some of the front desk staff are friendly/ try to be friendly, but these deaths by a thousand cuts make it very unpleasant to stay here not knowing what else might go wrong. I would like my garage fees refunded for this month.
