I have purchased several courses in recent years with domestika, it seemed like a very reliable company. But after it charged me without authorization its "plus" account hidden in the purchase of a 0.74 course, $3,000 COP i'm from ********, I will not use this application again and I recommend that you do not do so either if you do not want to be scammed. They charged me 60 dollars, $250,000 COP.It has a refund button that does not work because I have been trying to get my money back for a week without success and, in addition, trying to contact customer service and there is no one to talk to. I need my money back and there is no one who answers. I hope that through this means they can give it its respective sanction for being a deceitful company.Review from David W

After buying a $6 course, this company charged my credit card a further $85 without my permission. Upon investigating online, I have discovered they have done it to thousands of people around the world. In my opinion, its a scam.Review from Jan C

It seems this is an ongoing scam, as why would you offer an online program that cannot be completely refunded. It's not a software that is irretrievable. Why they decided to throw in a free trial along with the purchase of a class really is quite sketchy. I would not do this to my clients ever. I'm most disappointed as this was my first time trying to use their website. I fully intend to make my displeasure known in everyway I possibly can as I am not a happy camper. Their entire customer service is backward. I truly regret giving them a chance. I do know that they will get their Karma one day. I have purchased classes from this outfit before without issue in 2023. However in 2024 they decided to throw in a free trial along with the purchase of the class with VERY little warning. When you try to contact them there is 0 response and you are automatically subscribed to their subscription. I am also having a hard time being refunded through PayPal because Domestika responds very quickly to them with all the contractual information which you never saw coming. I bought several individual courses, then they fraudulently charged my credit card for a full year subscription I never agreed to. Still trying to get a refund - may have to dispute through the credit card company. Can't believe it - I was a very happy customer until they pulled this scam!Review from Aron S

I have tried since April 20 (it's not July 12) trying to contact them about a refund, I always just get an automatic response saying things are taking longer than usual but they haven't forgotten about me and then there is never a follow up.I haven't used any of the credits, because I was waiting to hear from them to get my money back. Be warned!! Domestika shows an office address in *********** but lists a phone number in *********** that just goes to a recording directing the calls to the website. I signed up for a trial month of the ************ that would be charged at the end of the trial month. There was no fee amount listed in the renewal notification. There is no price listed anywhere on the website for the ************. Several emails requesting a price quote have gone unanswered. Looks like a scam so I cancelled before the trial period finished.Review from fran d

Like many others, i was not aware that I was signing up for a "Plus" account until getting the charge appeared on my credit card. I immediately canceled thinking that they would refund the unused balance (like 11 months, 30 days), but no, my subscription will not auto renew in 2025. This is shameful.
