On February 25, 2023, my subscription to FitBod, a personal fitness app, automatically renewed through my Apple account. On March 7, 2023, the app updated and my account was removed from my app. When I logged back into the app, it began charging me for a new subscription at a higher price. I reached out to FitBod and customer service stated that there was nothing they could do; I would have to request a refund from Apple. When I reached out to Apple they said that FitBod needed to authorize the full refund. When I reached back out to FitBod, they refused to authorize the refund or even communicate with Apple. FitBod has now stolen $80 from me claiming it is not their problem. Now they are not even responding to me.
