I think theyre the best mechanics in *************. Theyve worked on a couple of my cars which were not easy cars to work on a 1983 ************* turbo diesel 300., 2002 CK ************* convertible, SLK 230 *************. They were extremely thorough, explaining the process of the repairs needed, and they didnt charge for this. an estimate complete with photos of the necessary repairs which were competitively priced if not lower. The shop itself is immaculate.. the individuals that work there are well mannered, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They kept me informed all along the way the process of the repairs, and when my car was ready.. you could look at the engine of my 83 diesel and you knew someone who knew cars liked cars did the work on it because it was beautiful to look at. Recently, I had an automatic top on my convertible that was in operable, and I shopped around to other mechanics in ************* looking for someone who might be able to fix it and every dealer that I went to do it wouldnt do it and directed me to the ************* dealership. I took it to international sport motor and they had it fixed in 24 hours. The charges were reasonable to say the least. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the work that they did not only did they fix the problem they explained to me how to utilize the convertible top correctly and make sure that it worked before I left the premises, and that I could see how to make it work. Important to me and maybe not so important to other people and maybe not so important in a mechanic shop - these are nice people. To have something repaired here theyre extremely accessible. You can bring your car in you can book online. You can call them on the telephone.. their hours are a little extended from business hours. They start earlier in the morning and they call it a day at five.. they notify you every step of the way of your repair procedure and wont do anything without your OK. Just great..
