Complaint taken over the phone by Dispute Specialist In January, took son to barbershop. ****** proceeded to put Sanex strip and cape around sons neck. Son complained that strip/cape irritated his neck. Father suggested removing but ****** insisted it was ok. Next day son developed rash on neck. **** continued to get worse so father took son to emergency and was told that something cause irritation but couldnt be sure of what. Primary care physician was contacted with same diagnosis. Father returned to ****** to show sons rash. ****** denied causing problem and called police. Police told father that they could not file police report but that he could *** in court.Business response

Hi, my name is *** I am a licensed master ****** and the owner of Amazon ****** Shop. Ive been a licensed ****** for over 35 years and the owner of this establishment for the last 18 years. On January 18 approximately 1 oclock in the afternoon a gentleman walked with his son around the age of 11 maybe 12 years old. I explained that we were really busy at the moment but if he came back around 3.30 4 oclock that we would have availability for a haircut. The gentleman came back around 330 pm. One of my barbers sat the kid in ****** chair and did what he learned to do and has been doing for the last 10+ years following all rules and regulations By placing a sanek neck strip around the customers neck before draping him. The father then showed a picture on his phone of the haircut that he wanted for his son along with two designs that he wanted on the back of the head of his child. The whole process of the haircut along with the two designs took my ****** approximately about an hour and a half. after my ****** was done with the haircut the father and the child seemed really happy about the work that we provided and paid $55 and also stated that he wanted to make another appointment for the following Friday. On January 23, the following week at approximately 10 AM The father and the child came back to the barbershop, and was immediately yelling at me, saying that we caused a rash on the front of his sons neck under his chin , and that he had medical proof. I stated to the dad can I see the medical proof and he responded back by yelling that I was racist and for causing the rash to his sons neck that I pay him and reimburse him $3000 immediately. I then explained to the gentleman that Ive been here for over 35 year and that weve never had a complaint about a rash caused by sanek neck strip. he stated to me, then it couldve been from the clippers but the Clippers never touched the childs neck. I Then stated to the father that I had no problem, reimbursing him his money for the haircut, but then he started getting aggressive And using foul language, and I was scared that he was gonna hit me, so I then proceeded to call ************************************************************************ Once again, I have no problem, reimbursing the Gentelmen for his money, but I also do not want his business in my establishment again
