Do NOT use this company!! Absolute worst ever, a total joke. There should be some kind of vetting for online companies like this claiming to provide healthcare. All contact is conducted via chat, and it takes them 4 or 5 days to respond to your message each time. This is the method they're using to diagnose people and treat them!! There's no video call, no call at all. When the "doctor" finally prescribed me something after weeks, it was a medication I expressly said from the beginning that I didn't want to take. I told her that, and that I was unhappy with the service, and then that was it. I was dropped off to a "customer service" department who told me they didn't issue any refunds, ever, for any reason. Nurx has been a monster to deal with since I joined approximately 2 or 3 years ago. They should not be BBB accredited, they charge a customer support fee but so not read messages and take more than 48hrs to respond. Nurx has begun using an "Automated Agent" but does not take responsibility for the errors created by their system and poor use of AI.Nurx Response

Response would take 2 days, concerns were disregarded and not answered. They spoke like robots and would answer me with the same response when I asked any concerns about my birth control. They took so long to resolve my issue and answer, that I was left without any birth control. They also switch your birth control at their Convenience, and ship them to you without asking. Yes most are generic brands but the *** only controls certain hormones, still leaving these brands with room to add other ingredients which are not controlled. Which is why many people have different reactions to different brands. They do not care and ship you whatever they have in stock that month. Do yourself a favor and save your time, do not subscribe with them. Ultimately, I had to cancel my subscription and now I am with GoodRX, which has been an overall better experience.Nurx Response

I just had the worst experience. Nurx makes it so hard to cancel a subscription. I canceled a subscription in February 2024 and now all of a sudden, 5 months later, they're charging me again. There's no way to immediately stop the process, except to sit on hold for customer service. Then they blame YOU to justify it. Nurx needs to allow customers to cancel their subscription with ease on their website without worry. In addition, you're not allowed to remove your own credit or debit card. You can update it, but can't remove it.Review from Lisa B

Terrible service. I was very optimistic about this service. I am a pharmacist for 12+ years. It was a terrible experience. They told me my insurance doesnt cover the medication they prescribed. I called my insurance. They cover the generic. I sent a message online to clarify what they were billing and requesting them to bill the generic. It took 48 hours for the response and still didnt answer the question. One week later, still no answer. I called and they were trying to bill the brand name. But even though the *** was written as able to use generic, they couldnt solve this on the phone and would need to escalate to another level of service. Their website had great reviews and ratings but no where for me to leave a review. Huge difference from their reviews and ratings on BBB. Sketchy!Review from Brianna M

Beware of this company. I purchased tretinoin (3-month supply). Beware that a 3-month supply is only 1 tube of tretinoin.They charged my credit card without without my permission.I never put in an order for a refill. I was not on auto refill. I deactivated my account. Told them on the phone not to send another refill, but they did it anyway and charged my account. ******** services just continues to tell me they do not do refunds.Review from Elizabeth M

Absolute scam!! Led me to believe that I was paying to get my emergency contraception covered by birth control - completely stated as much. When it didn't they refused to refund me (so now I've gone from I was supposed to pay $0 to I've paid almost $100) and also have no way to leave a review. Ive asked at least ten times to be given a link to leave a review since I am a paying customer (even if begrudgingly so) and they just keep sending me their phone number. I feel like I would have been less ripped off giving my money to an actual robber. They clearly don't want people warning about their scammy practices so I'm trying to do so everywhere I can.Review from Jay S

Poor communication, non helpful staff, takes too long. I would not recommend to anyone. I tried another site and was able to get my order prescribed the same day as well as picked up the same day. I would recommend using anything other than NURX. Theyre horrible.
