Hi, I am emailing to follow up regarding my return with Lush Cosmetics. I have returned my merchandise, but **** refuses to refund me. I am asking for help because **** is not helping and even did not want to issue a return label at first. If I do not receive any help with my damaged item, then I will have to chargeback, as that is my only option. Please help with my issue. Hello, I am following up regarding my order that came last week in transit. My order came completely destroyed, and they told me that they would give me a resolution for the order when I showed them pictures of the damage. However, they are not giving me a resolution for my order which was damage, even though I sent photos of each item. I have never done business with this company. Never ordered product all of a sudden the started charging my credit card. I have not received any product. I dont even recognize the website. Nor would I ever do any type of business with them. I have searched my email account and I have no emails from them. Not sure how they have my information. The credit card that the charges appeared on is not used often. My credit card company alerted me right. Away.Initial Complaint

I placed an order#P205398975 in October 2021 and it was received. The order was completely unacceptble mainly due to packing and packaging. Here it is the holiday season and they have their holiday products for sale. While I did not buy any holiday products any retailer knows that orders placed now are bound to be gift items, particularly from a store of this nature in this economical climate. I spent about $150 - maybe a little more and received POOR QUALITY products, unwrapped products just thrown in the box not even covered in a cellphane or plastic wrap, then a veyr poor product substitution I did NOT authorize and it's the WORST looking product I've ever seen and I would not have paid $1 for much less $15-17 which is what they gave me as a substitueion for their Aloe Bamboo bar. This small round soap was not evne labeled...I have NO CLUE if it is even soap I'm guessing. I did not order it and I can do nothing with this. I can't do anything with a bunch of unwrapped products when these were supposed to be presentable for gifts. The soap that is wrapped is not solid but it is choppy and broken on the edges. Again, not labeled. The only things that arrived in tact are the volcano foot lotions and toe powder, alone with one floral bar. I ordered 2 bath bombs that were tossed in the box in a ***** bag with no label and crumbled. I want my money back for all items other than the volcano foot lotion and t for toes powder. I should be refunded for the inconvenience of not only taking time to contact your uncustomer service via email to get ignored, but now BBB. Your service has declined since you initially opened and now it seems you can't get ingredients and rather than contacting customers you just throw whatever you want in the box, even if the product isn't of equal value. I'm sure you get away with this more often than not, but my money is valuable and now I have to purchase gifts elsewhere and am stuck with these unwrapped and unprofessional items
