This company claims that you cannot receive a refund if you cancel same date of renewal but they also don’t send out a notification of an upcoming payment. Not only this, it is not clearly listed on their website that you will receive a recurring charge of 50+ every 5 months. Poor business practice and lack of desire to extend actual support to their customers. Buyer beware. I’ll be letting all of my clients and anyone I referred to this company to cancel immediately. I clicked on a ******** ad to order a habit book***** and free e book. I did the free quiz to order the book. I selected the ***** book and was transferred to sign in to pay pal as that's what I selected to pay. I did agreed to pay was redirected to my ordering page. I then saw the total was now ***** and had more to fill out like shipping and then the submit order button. I stopped at that point and did not go any further because the price was not *****. it now said ***** I was puzzled but never completed the order. I closed out of the screen and went about my day. I noticed a few emails from the company titled "Confirm your order" I opened it and saw the first few lines saying your orders confirmed we don't have your shipping address and for me to send it. I responded as soon as I saw it on Jan ***** or 2nd I believe and said, I stopped in the middle of ordering please refund my card. They never responded. I got a few more emails to confirm your order we need your address from them. In each one I responded the same. I finally receive an email telling me they canceled my subscription but I'll have access to the " Ap" but it won't renew. I responded and explained I have no idea what they are talking about I ordered a physical book it was advertised the one price but not at checkout it was significantly more so I never finished ordering. I even specifically asked How did you run my card? This went on for days and email after email. At this point I am concerned the ad I clicked on is some kind of malware that stole my information. After going back and forth with them over a week and a half the conclusion I can summarize is, The book is tied to an ap subscription that isn't very obvious when you order. If you order the book without the ap it's ***** according to an email I received from them, I argued I didn't download or register for, or sign into an ap, I didn't download anything, and I don't have the book. I have several emails I can send you as documentation.
