We visited their showroom in ************* on 3/9/2022 at which time we purchased a sweater and a harness that the associate assisted us with sizing according to the breed and weight of our dog, and assured us if we had any issues at all once returning home to ** we could simply contact the store and they would remedy it with either a return/refund or an exchange and stated that they would simply email us a return label for ease and as to not incur any additional costs. This made us feel at ease with our purchase. At NO TIME were we ever told all sales are final. Unfortunately the size small we purchased is a little too snug and uncomfortable for our pet and is done growing or we would exchange for a larger size, but the medium would be too large according to the associate that initially assisted us and we agree with this. We contacted the store and they have not been open to assisting us and have blatantly ignored all our written correspondence. We have our receipt and completely new with tags still attached merchandise. At this time we are requesting a full refund and will happily return the product as we informed them we would do at their expense as they had advised us. Their sales tactics using manipulation and lies are morally and ethically wrong.
