Park Chalet (part of Beach Chalet) advertises a Happy Hour menu and pricing. When we arrived at 3:00 on Friday, January 5th and asked for the Happy Hour menu, our server told us that the website reflecting 3;00 to 6:00 was "wrong" and that they weren't "doing Happy Hour" that day. She inquired with her manager who confirmed that we would have to go upstairs at 4:00 for Happy Hour that day. Since we were already seated and ready to order, we proceeded paying full price for our meal and drinks. We showed our server the website, as well as the sign at the entry to the restaurant with the Happy Hour details. She simply shrugged her shoulders. As far as we are aware, this false advertising has not been corrected. We emailed Beach Chalet on 1/6/24 for a resolution prior to reaching out to BBB but did not get any response.Customer response
