Complaint taken in dictation by H363137**3238313831H rep ** 8/19/24 So they are a robodial system to get through EDD or other agencies, only way to get through to them is to pay $30 to get you through an agent. I get a text message saying your next in line and then no one calls. Then the chatroom that&#**;s says that they tried to call me and no one calls. Then I get a hold of them and I state hey guys I pay you $30 and I end up waiting 8 hours for someone. Then they said they can upgrade me to a faster call rate but I would have to pay another $30 and I said why should I have to pay another payment because I wanted already 5 hours. This has happened a couple of time where I had to restart the process again.Initial Complaint

Paid $14.99 for service on 03/06 for EDD ** connection which they were not able to perform.I did not receive any warning or advisory from them that my request was time sensitive and that there was a possibility of non-performance.They refused to refund me after they were unable to connect me to the CA EDD during the requested time frame.Initial Complaint

I paid for claimyr to get me a phone cal back from the state disability office. I dont even know if its legal for them to do that. Its a business that will call government agencys on your behalf to get a hold of them. I havent received a call and its more than the 2 hour they say will get you connected.Initial Complaint

Hi I notice on my business account on 10/13/21 there was a charge for ***** I do not recall such charge so please credit the debit card
