I placed an order and did not receive my order. I requested for same day delivery but two days later after requesting a refund for not receiving my package (after I ordered same day delivery) i was told that my order is being shipped via trusted mail carrier and i will receive it Monday. The package never made it to me and will not be available to me. The package is currently on hold and it is in the process of being shipped back to the company. I did not request mail delivery since the company is in ********** and they supposed to deliver anywhere within **********. I even asked if there was a set area for deliveries and was told, no that they will deliver as long as the address is located within **********. I requested delivery because knowing the contents of the package i knew shipping it would be a problem even if cannabis is legal in ********** and people like to steal. I was in contact with the company, they were speaking to me but now theyre avoiding me and dont want to issue me my refund for $490. I did nothing wrong and i did not ask or request my package to be mailed to me. They decided to do that on their own. I have all conversations between the company and I. If anything else is needed i will be happy to assist
