2/19/24 took vehicle in to have the guage cluster replaced. Part was ordered and I was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. 3/19/24 I called and part arrived that day. 3/25/24 took car in to have guage cluster replaced. It would take 2 days 3/28/24 called service department. Car was not ready. Guage cluster did not fit. It would take a few more days. 3/30/24 I called again. No one knew what was going on. I told them I would pick my car up (without the repair being done). When I arrived it was not ready. Was told it would be ready Monday. 4/1/24. I went to retrieve car and noticed the lights on entire dash board were not working. Left car there so they could order light bulbs. 4/2/24 was informed car with be ready the next day 4/3/24. Retrieved my car and the following issues were noted -Wood grain on dashboard was busted -Gas guage was no longer working -Heater/Defrost does not work These items were working before I brought the car in. The only thing that needed work was the guage cluster. I am driving this vehicle under extreme distress. I don’t know how fast I’m going. I don’t have the defrost to get the dew from the windows and I don’t know how much gas is in the car. This car will not pass smog under these conditions. I find it hard to believe that my car is in worse shape than when I brought it in.
