            On the afternoon of Aug 13, 2021 I took my car for a wash and hand wax. The car was returned to me with several noticeable scratches. I spoke to the manager ****** - he had his detailing technician try to buff out the scratches on the hood. He asked me return the following morning so his technician could finalize the work and remove all of the scratches on the car. The next morning his technician only worked on the hood of the car and ****** refused to do any other work on the car. Not only was my car damaged, but ****** fraudulently said he would fix the scratches on the car but in the end he only removed some of the scratches on the hood. This will likely cost me over a thousand dollars to repair. When I was there, I saw another customer complaining about damage to his car. Im concerned that there is a pattern here. I urge you to please launch an investigation Thank you *********************

            Cracked my car side panel and the owner ***** told me Oh Well I cant prove it and he told me get over it lol lack girl! Do not support this racist business!
