Kindly intervene in the trailing matter, as the services of supplier and courier company is not good at all. How is it possible that any consignment get lost during shipment all the three times? Why they not providing the contact details of local couriers of ***** to whom they are giving responsibility for delivery of the goods ? Supplier is simply conveying that shipment is lost and courier company after handing over the order to someone telling that they have no idea. What type of services are being provided by them. We are sorry there is a high lost mail rate in ****** Thank you for placing orders with us. Upon checking, we have sent replacements after the orders are lost in the mail, and then proceeded to refund the orders. After 3 attempts we had to give us sending shipments to this particular location. We are very sorry about the disappointment this caused. We will continue to explore affordable international shipment options for our customers.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: no efforts have been made either by company poetic cases or courier partner globegistic. If they are so concerned about the delivery why they are not able to provide the whole courier tracking details. Why they are continuing to send international shipments besides knowing the fact that their high failure? I am just one example, they are doing it to many international consumers. Many of them don't reach to you and let it go. According to them their products are not being delivered internationally then how it is possible that many websites in ***** are selling their product. Why the company don't put notices on their website that delivery of international shipment are not confirmed.I will not satisfy until delivery of my product. It's the prime duty of company to get it delivered if other sellers are making it available in ***** why don't they. Why they are not able to provide the details of local courier in *****. It's their duty to manage everything. Not a single time they shared the details of local courier of India.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. *** international shipping, we provide a few options. If you prefer tracking throughout, please select UPS. Since we shipped 4 times and none got delivered, please consider checking and modifying the delivery address, maybe even include a version of the local language to help items deliver.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is just like beating around the **** and doesn't focus on resolution and satisfaction of consumer. Anyway thanks for your irrelevant replies.
